Meet the Poet
Peter V. Dugan
Peter V. Dugan was born and raised on Long Island, New York, and resides in East Rockaway. Mr. Dugan has published five collections of poetry and his book The Prowess of Emptiness: New and Selected Poems (Chatter House Press) will be released in April. Over the years, his poetry has been published in numerous anthologies and magazines both on-line and in print. Peter Dugan'swork has recently appeared in Grub Street Literary & Arts magazine, Soul Fountain magazine , Section 8 Magazine: International Art and Literature, Five 2 One Magazine (issue 10) and Avocet: A Journal ofNature Poems (#155). He co-edited and formatted the Writing Outside The Lines poetry anthology, (Wyld Syde Press, 2012) and co-edited and formatted the LI Sounds 2015 poetry anthology. Mr. Dugan also hosts a reading series at the Oceanside Library on Long Island. Read.
