Jillian Parker

Jillian Parker dwells in a small green house in the foothills of the Chugach Mountains in Eagle River, Alaska. She is an English-Russian interpreter who watched the fall of Communism from its front lines in Moscow, and is currently employed as an analyst/editor. Her poems, nonfiction, and prose have appeared in Fragile Arts, Heavy Bear, Luciole Press, Up the Staircase, and in Red Fez and on Blog Talk Radio. She is co-editor of an emerging poetry blog, Spectral Lyre (spectrallyre.wordpress.com), and writes under the nom de plume Flame in the Snow on her personal blog, at flameinthesnow.blogspot.com, to which she welcomes your visit.
